Anthony Edwards led the Timberwolves with 22 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Nuggets' hot shooting. The Nuggets shot 51.9% from the field, including 11-of-26 from three-point range. The Timberwolves, on the other hand, shot just 41.7% from the field and 7-of-29 from three-point range. The Nuggets' defense was also impressive, holding the Timberwolves to just 37.5% shooting in the paint. The Nuggets also forced 15 Timberwolves turnovers, which led to 21 points off turnovers. The win gives the Nuggets a 1-1 tie in the series. The two teams will face off again in Denver on Sunday night.
